ဒေါ်နှင်းမြူအောင်သည် အင်္ဂလန်နိုင်ငံ Keele တက္ကသိုလ်မှ စာရင်းအင်း နှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာဘွဲ့ (BA Accounting and Finance) နှင့် Manchester တက္ကသိုလ်မှ စာရင်းအင်း နှင့် ဘဏ္ဍာရေးဆိုင်ရာ မဟာဘွဲ့ (MSc Accounting and Finance) တို့ကို ရရှိထားသူဖြစ်ပါသည်။ ထို့ပြင် Central Lancashire (UCLan) တက္ကသိုလ်မှ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်း စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုမဟာဘွဲ့(MBA) ကိုလည်း သင်ယူခဲ့ပါသည်။ လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံအနေဖြင့် အင်္ဂလန်နိုင်ငံရှိ Oxfam company တွင် Assiatant Manager အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ မန္တလေးမြို့ ရွှေအင်ကြင်း ဟော်တယ်တွင် Operation Manager အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခုအခါတွင် ကိုယ်ပိုင် သွင်းကုန် ပို့ကုန် လုပ်ငန်း အပြင် Rangoon အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ သင်တန်းကျောင်းကိုလည်း ဦးစီးလုပ်ကိုင်လျှက်ရှိသည်။
