ဆရာ ဦးကျော်လွင်ဦး သည် B.A (English), Dip - ELTM, M.A (TEFL) စသည့်ဘွဲ့များကို ရရှိထားပါသည်။ ဆရာ ဦးကျော်လွင်ဦး သည် ယခင်က UMFCCI (Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry) တွင် Deputy Executive Officer အနေဖြင့် လည်းကောင်း၊ TIC (TEMASKE INTERNATIOANL COLLEGE) တွင် Deputy Director အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဆရာဦးကျော်လွင်ဦးသည် ပညာရေး၊ သင်ကြားရေးနှင့် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရေးနယ်ပယ်တို့တွင် (၁၅) နှစ်ကျော် အတွေ့အကြုံရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ယခုအခါတွင် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ACCA ဌာန၏ Country Head အဖြစ် စီမံအုပ်ချုပ်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။

In various countries, some kinds of trading based on insider information is illegal as insider dealing and market manipulation can damage markets and the interests of consumers. In Myanmar, the stock exchange market becomes develop recently. Therefore, this lecture is intended to help understanding about the insider trading for people who want to work in that kind of companies.This lecture expresses trading of a public company's stock or other securities by individuals with access to nonpublic information about the company, the insider dealing, its consequences and how to tackle that situation.
