ဆရာမကြီး ဒေါ်ဆန်းဆန်းလှသည် ၁၉၈၀ ခုနှစ်မှ ၂၀၀၁ ခုနှစ်အထိ မွန်ပြည်နယ်ဒေသကောလိပ်၊ နည်းပြဆရာမမှ စ၍ ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာဌာန၊ ကထိကအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ တက္ကသိုလ်ဆရာမအဖြစ် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်စဉ်ကာလအတွင်း လူရည်ချွန်၊ စံပြကြက်ခြေနီ၊ လမ်းစဉ်လူငယ်၊ အနုပညာ၊ အားကစား စသော စခန်းများတွင် စခန်းအုပ်ချုပ်သူ ကြီးကြပ်ဆရာမအဖြစ် နိုင်ငံတော်မှပေးအပ်သော တာဝန်များကို စေတနာ အပြည့်ဖြင့် တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ပေးခဲ့ပါသည်။ ၁၉၉၆ ခုနှစ်တွင် ဂျပန်နိုင်ငံ ဖူဂျစ်ဆု (Fujitsu) ကုမ္ပဏီ၏ ဖူဂျစ်ဆု ပညာသင်ဆုကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအတွက် ပထမဆုံးအရွေးခံရသဖြင့် အမေရိကန်နိုင်ငံ ဟာဝိုင်ရီမြို့ရှိ ဂျပန်နှင့် အမေရိကန် ပူးပေါင်းဖွင့်လှစ်ထားသော Japan American Institute of Management Science (JAIMS) ကျောင်းတော်ကြီးတွင် Intercultural Management Program (ICMP) ကို ၁၉၉၆ - ခုနှစ် စက်တင်ဘာလမှ ၁၉၉၇ - ခုနှစ် မတ်လအထိ (၇)လခန့် လေ့လာဆည်းပူးခဲ့ပြီး စာပေပထမဆု၊ စကားပြောပြိုင်ပွဲပထမဆု၊ ခေါင်းဆောင်မှုဆု များကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။ ရန်ကုန်စီးပွားရေးတက္ကသိုလ်၊ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှုပညာဌာန၊ ကထိက ဆရာမအနေဖြင့် (MBA, DMA) ပေါင်းများစွာကို မွေးထုတ်ပေးခဲ့သူ တစ်ဦးလည်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ၂၀၀၁-ခုနှစ်တွင် အငြိမ်းစားယူခဲ့သော်လည်း ကုမ္ပဏီများနှင့် လုပ်ငန်းများစွာတွင် ကုမ္ပဏီများအကြံပေးနှင့်လည်းကောင်း သင်တန်းများ ဟောပြောပို့ချပေးသူ (Corporate Trainer) အနေဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း မြန်မာစီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းရှင်များကို ကူညီပေးရင်း ယနေ့တိုင် နိုင်ငံစီးပွားရေး ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်မှုကို တဖက်တလမ်းမှ ပံ့ပိုးပေးလျှက်ရှိနေပါသည်။
