ဦးရဲမြတ်သူသည် မန္တလေး စီးပွားရေးပညာ ဌာနမှ စီးပွားစီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု မဟာဘွဲ့ကို ရရှိသူတစ်ဦးဖြစ်ပါသည်။ Alpha Computer Mandalay လုပ်ငန်းကို စတင် တည်ထောင်သူဖြစ်သည်။ ယခင်က မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ ကွန်ပျူတာများအသင်း (မန္တလေး)၏ ဥက္ကဌ အဖြစ်လည်း တာဝန်ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ပါသည်။ ယခုအခါတွင် UMFCCI အသင်းဖွဲ့၏ Central Executive Committee အဖြစ်လည်းကောင်း၊ မန္တလေးမြို့ တော် စည်ပင်သာယာာရေး ကော်မတီ (MCDC) ၏ ကော်မတီ အဖွဲ့ဝင် အနေဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း၊ ASEAN Smart Cities Network ၏ Chief Smart City Officer အနေဖြင့်လည်းကောင်း ပါဝင် ဆောင်ရွက်လျှက်ရှိပါသည်။
