Start my profession I worked as a site supervisor in Min Construction Company in 2007. After three years later, in 2010, I aim to change my career to Hotel. So I quit and attended Certificate of Front Office Operation (a full-time course of 45 days) in Myanmar Hotel and Tourism Training Center. After that I joined Kyi Tin Hotel as a Night Auditor. In 2013, I played a part of Factory Audit Department as a Senior Auditor in Europe and Asia Commercial Co., Ltd. After serving two years, for better opportunities and in order to face the new challenges resigned from the job. In September 2015, I joined Aureum Palace Hotel (Ngapali) under Hotel Business Units of Htoo Group of Company as an Assistance Account Manager Position. In 2016, the environment status and according to the need to learn more technical conditions I go back to Mandalay. I joined Yadanabon purified drinking water as an Account Manager. In Yadanabon purified drinking water, I designed and implemented computerize accounting systems and procedures, established and implemented cost standards. After served 9 months, according to the offered of Managing Director, I accepted the position of General Manager and formulating and administering company policies and Procedures. In March 2019 I quit from Yadanabon purified drinking water. After that, I play a role of Freelance Excel Instructor, Accounting and HR administration Format Creator and Accounting and HRM Instructor. Now, I am working as a Project Manager in Strategic Business Unit under U Kar Ka Company. After returning Mandalay, in 2016, I heard Senior, junior workplace problem and the lack of structural design Format in some SMEs. So, to address workplace issues, I write Excel lessons and some applied course in my Facebook Account. Now I wrote more than 60 posts of Applied Excel, Accounting, HR and Labor law topic. In addition to writing, in the other hand, I instruct CSR Training without collecting any fees, Preparing Payroll Using Excel and Break-even Analysis Using Excel. Free training has been up to 16 times today and more than 500 trainees have been taught.
